This Web Site, including all of its features and content (the “Web Site”) is owned and made available by H Johnson & Company. By using the Web Site to purchase the products sold from it, you accept these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted according to the law as practiced in Australia.
A 50 % deposit is due at the signing of the contract before an order is placed with the factory. A 25% additional deposit is due at the approval of the inscription proof; balance due within 10 days of final inspection.
H Johnson & Co accepts payment in the form of credit cards, money orders and personal cheques. Credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned cheques.
A credit card imprint is required at the time of signing the contract for settlement terms at the completion of the memorial and the customer acknowledges authorisation of payment.
In addition to the terms below, each monument sale has its own agreed contractual terms and conditions. Each aspect of the sale of a monument is spelled out in the contract. Aspects may include but are not limited to design, size, colour, lettering, freight, delivery, installation and payment options. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Delivery time is normally 14 - 16 weeks from receipt of deposit and all signed documents. Additional design elements (custom designs), special shapes, hand carvings, non-standard sizes or finishes), special orders, layout approval on new designs, may extend the delivery time.
Please note that all delivery is approximated and that modification to the delivery can and will be determined by weather, shipping/customs. At any time and without any given notice, port destinations may change en route to Australia.
H Johnson & Co respects your right to privacy. Under no circumstances will H Johnson & Co share this information (including your email address) with any other entity. H Johnson & Co may use the information you supply to improve their site.
